Yoga Pose May: Triangle Pose

In honor Yoga Pose May started by Carrots n’ Cake, I will be talking about Triangle Pose!  I am so glad I got this pose as it’s one of my favorite ones.  Let’s begin!

Start in a standing position

Next, step the legs wide, keeping them both straight

Stretch the arms out nice and wide and cast your gaze across your finger tips

Hinging from the hips, drop your hand down towards the floor

Hinge from the Hips

Try and keep the hips stacked on top of one another

Cast your gaze where it’s comfortable for you

Triangle Pose

Hold this pose for the amount of breaths you choose, such as 5-10

  1. Ahh thank you for sharing! I am excited as I have decided that while I am holding off on working out because of the whiplash, that I will just do some simple yoga moves to stay active and strech!

  5. thanks for ur comment! yea ive been using stevia to sweeten the greek yogurt.. and im actually finding that i am def getting used to the taste and am starting to like it!
    btw u had the best comment on ur last food purchased. omg i used to get the smartie mcflurries ALL THE TIME.. i dont know how i didnt get some weird ice cream disease lol since i would eat it every day. i would always ask them for extra smarties bits.. i loved the crunch! even tho i dont eat them anymore im debating it and might just go for it as a treat uno? damn if i could have wheat i would do a smarties/oreo combo. ❤
