Yoga Pose May: Triangle Pose

In honor Yoga Pose May started by Carrots n’ Cake, I will be talking about Triangle Pose!  I am so glad I got this pose as it’s one of my favorite ones.  Let’s begin!

Start in a standing position

Next, step the legs wide, keeping them both straight

Stretch the arms out nice and wide and cast your gaze across your finger tips

Hinging from the hips, drop your hand down towards the floor

Hinge from the Hips

Try and keep the hips stacked on top of one another

Cast your gaze where it’s comfortable for you

Triangle Pose

Hold this pose for the amount of breaths you choose, such as 5-10

See another version of Triangle Pose Here and see Extended Side Angle pose Here

Namaste 🙂

  8. Triangle pose is great. And for some who need it, hands-on adjustments can be made. I found that Leeann Carey has a great free yoga video on this very thing. Your readers might want to check it out:
