Tuesday: Taught two classes at work: Healthy Back (60 minute mix of light aerobics, strength training and stretching) and Mat Pilates (45 minutes). I also completed this interval run on the treadmill during my lunch break.
Wednesday: 30 minute walk with the pups and taught two classes at work: Step, Jump and Pump + Cardio Pilates. Also took a Cardio Dance class (45 minutes)
Thursday: Taught Total Body Toning class (see the workout here!) + completed this 30 minute cardio workout.

Wednesday: 30-minute walk with the pups + Taught Step class + took 30 minutes of another step class to get ideas. Also taught Cardio Pilates
Thursday: Taught a Total Body Toning class (45 minutes) + did 25 minutes of cardio on the AMT and 5 minutes on the upright bike.

Wednesday: Taught a step and sculpt class (45 minutes), did the whole thing. Also subbed a Muscle and Conditioning class (45 minutes) but mainly demonstrated and coached, so it was not a workout for me.
Thursday: 3 mile run on the treadmill + taught two total body toning classes (half participated with the class and half just coached)

Tuesday: Took a Total Body Sculpt class at work + 30 minutes on my elliptical after work. Also taught Mat Pilates
Wednesday: Taught 2 cardio/sculpt classes
Thursday: 30 minutes on the elliptical. Also taught a “healthy back class”, which is 60 minutes long and includes light cardio and a lot of stretching and strengthening exercises for the back and core.
Friday: 20 minutes on the elliptical, taught a Cardio/Sculpt class (45 minutes – mix of cardio and weights)
Saturday: 2 mile run with the dogs + 10 mintutes on the elliptical

November 29th – December 5th, 2010
Monday: 25 minute walk with the dogs, Taught 2 cardio/sculpt classes
Tuesday: Yoga class + 30 minutes on the eliptical. Also taught Pilates Mat (mostly walked around and checked form)
Wednesday:2 mile walk/jog with the pups, taught a cardio/sculpt class (did this ‘circuit’ style, switching from weights to cardio every couple of minutes for 45 minutes)
Thursday: took a 40 min. cardio kickboxing class, taught a total body sculpt class (45 minutes long)
Friday: 2 mile run with the pups…in the snow! Taught a 45-minute cardio/sculpt class

Monday: 25 minute walk with the dogs, 10 minutes on my NEW elliptical! Taught 2 cardio/sculpt classes
Tuesday: 25 minute walk with the dogs, 30 minutes on the eliptical. Also taught a Pilates Mat class
Wednesday: 25 minute walk with the dogs, taught 2 cardio/sculpt classes
Thursday: 5 mile Turkey Trot run! Happy Thanksgiving!
Friday: 3 mile walk with the family and the pups!

Tuesday: 3 mile run outside, taught a Pilates class

Friday: 2 mile walk with the dogs, taught a 20-20-20 class (20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, 20 minutes Yoga)
Saturday: 4 mile run (3 alone, 1 with the pups), 1/2 mile walk to cool down
Sunday: 30 minute walk with the dogs then enjoying a day of shopping, relaxing, and Andy’s sister in laws’ baby shower!
November 8th – November 14th, 2010
Monday: 25 minute walk with the dogs, taught 2 cardio/sculpt classes
Tuesday: 2 mile run before work…beautiful scenery..I saw 3 deer! Also taught a Pilates class
Wednesday: 25 minute walk with the dogs, taught 2 cardio/sculpt classes
Thursday: Happy Veteran’s Day! 2 mile run with the pups
Friday: 30 minute walk with the pups in the AM, 2 mile run and at total body weight circuit in the afternoon (walking lunges, shoulder presses, bicep curls, squats…did higher reps, so it was more cardio in nature. Repeated 2x through)
Saturday: 3 mile run
Sunday: OFF! Relaxing for the day!

Tuesday: 40 minutes of cardio (mix of running, eliptical, and bike), taught a Pilates class and total body weight training class (mainly walked around and helped with form, didn’t do much of the actual workouts)

Thursday: Taught a 45 minute Total Body Sculpt Class
Friday: 30 minute walk with the pups, Taught a Cardio/Sculpt class (45 minutes)

Wednesday: 30 min walk with Sophia. Taught 2 Cardio/Sculpt classes
Thursday: Taught a total body strength class (45 minutes)…we did a pyramid workout

Saturday: OFF from workouts. Pilates Certification and Workshop in Pittsburgh, PA
Sunday: Pilates Certification and Workshop in Pittsburgh, PA, 40 minutes of cardio at the hotel gym

Monday: Day off from work — Happy Columbus Day! 2 mile run with the pups this morning…about 21 minutes total with all the pit stops 😉
Tuesday: My 26th Birthday 🙂 Taught a Pilates Class
